Fifteen minutes from the airport
Alice Springs airport is fifteen minutes south. Send a flight number and a car will meet it; the fare is fixed and you are told it first.
The Ghan arrives twice a week and the station is seven minutes away. If you are coming off it, tell us, because it gets in at lunchtime and rooms are not always ready.
The town centre is four minutes by car and about twenty-five on foot along the river path, which is pleasant in June and a bad idea in January.
